Gunter Evdokimoff once again is coordinating the Time Distance Rally. The details of the event are as follows:
Cars will depart from the PetSmart Parking Lot every 2 minutes until the last car (the official starter will be the last car) that exits the parking lot. There will be a total of 3 check points on the route (each check point is a right hand turn-off with easy off/on access). Each car’s arrival time will be recorded on the check point “Official Time Slip” and directions will be provided to the next check point. The final destination will be the Long Valley Pub & Brewery where all cars will be logged in with their final times and distances. Trophies will be awarded to both the driver and navigator for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place cars. Winners will be selected based on the cars that come closest to the predetermined route distance and time. A luncheon will immediately follow the check-in of the last car.
A registration fee of $10 per car (to be paid on the day of the rally) will be used to cover the cost of trophies and prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. Each person will be responsible to cover the cost of their lunch.
Note: Meeting location for the start of the T&D Rally will be at the PetSmart Parking lot in the Promenade Shopping Center at Foothill Rd. and E. Mains St., Bridgewater, NJ (Across the street from Somerset Patriots Ball Park)

Note: This is not a race! It is a rally based on the skill of the driver/navigator to reach each check point within the predetermined time that has been established by the event coordinator. CJCC does not condone driving in excess of posted speed limits nor do they condone operating a vehicle that circumvents NJ Motor Vehicle laws and regulations.
