Hi Gang -

This Sunday, Sept. 23rd will be the Boardwalk Corvettes Show on the boardwalk in Ocean City. A great Corvette only show, usually 200 - 300 cars. Most boardwalk vendors are open, benches for enjoying the beach/ocean view and the show are available, and there are many dining opportunities in the area. Although the show is free, "for pay" parking along the boardwalk is most convenient.

For those members wishing to attend, the following suggestions are offered:

Meet at the Atlantic City Service Area of the Garden State Parkway (mile post 41.4) at 12:00 noon and depart at 12:15PM. Follow GSP South to Exit 30 heading toward Somers Point/Ocean City. Continue straight on W. Laurel Drive becomes MacArthur Boulevard becomes Stainton Memorial Causeway, all the way to end which is the boardwalk. For pay lot on your right is usually available before 1:00PM. and is only 1/2 block from the boardwalk.

The weather forecast for Sunday is good and this would be a good opportunity for a day at the shore with your vette. Note that there is less "shore traffic" this time of year.
